At Essancy®, a brand of Ahla Jaw Trading LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on essancy.ae, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

We strongly encourage our customers to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.
Ahla Jaw Trading LLC does not accept product returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

• The item received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

• The wrong product was delivered by mistake.

• The item was damaged in transit due to poor or faulty packaging.

Returns that do not meet one of the above conditions will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• You must contact Ahla Jaw Trading LLC within 15 days from the shipping date.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

If you believe your product meets the return criteria:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@essancy.ae or phone with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 10–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

• Shipping, handling, and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only cover the value of the returned product(s).

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or delivered in error:

• Opened or used fragrance oils or consumables

• Custom or special-order items

• Items without original packaging or missing components

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A product defect

• A shipping error
  In such cases, Ahla Jaw Trading LLC will cover the return shipping expenses.

9. Important Notes

• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

• Any product damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or mishandling will not be eligible for a return or refund.

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
