At Essancy®, a brand of Ahla Jaw Trading LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Please read this Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By completing a transaction on essancy.ae, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Ahla Jaw Trading LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective due to a manufacturing fault

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during transit due to faulty or inadequate packaging

Returns that do not meet one of the above conditions will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact Ahla Jaw Trading LLC within 15 days from the shipping date

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided

❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Procedure

If you believe your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@essancy.ae or by phone

  2. Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return

Please ensure all returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 10–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Please note:

  • Shipping, handling, and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable

  • Refunds will only cover the value of the returned product(s)


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred prior to delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or delivered in error:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils or consumable products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Products without original packaging or with missing components


7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return procedure (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.


8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A confirmed product defect

  • A shipping or fulfillment error

In such cases, Ahla Jaw Trading LLC will cover the return shipping expenses.


9. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded

  • Products damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or mishandling are not eligible for return

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval by our team
