Shipping Policy
Deliveries within UAE take on average 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used and availability of products. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 10 days from purchase date, the buyer should contact us directly via phone or email along with his/her order tracking number.
Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Ahla Jaw Trading LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
Returns Policy
We advise our customers to choose carefully since Ahla Jaw Trading LLC does not accept returns unless products are genuinely faulty by manufacturing defects or have been sent by mistake or with error.
Damaged or broken items due to faulty packaging may be returned along with the faulty packaging. If you have an item you wish to return, you must first contact Ahla Jaw Trading LLC by email or phone for return advice and send this item back within 15 days from shipping date.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. Warranty
As long as you are using Ahla Jaw Trading LLC’s fragrances exclusively (and in recommended way), and if you face any problem with Aroma System (scent system) which arises due to any manufacturing defect, we will repair the machine free of charge. Ahla Jaw Trading LLC has the right to change this policy any time without notice.
All scent systems purchased from Ahla Jaw Trading LLC must be installed, placed, used and handled properly as described by our experts and technicians. If there is any issue occurs to scent systems or customers’ property or belongings due to not recommended way of handling, usage or placement of scent systems, Ahla Jaw Trading LLC will not be responsible for any damages.
